Tea preparation: Place one or two flowers in a cup or teapot, pour over hot (but not boiling) water, and steep for at least 8 minutes.

Bath ritual: Add whole flowers to bathwater for a luxurious and calming experience. The petals can also be used for gentle exfoliation.

Ingredients: 10 grams of 100% pure, hand-picked and naturally dried Blue Lotus flowers from an organic farm (10 g = approx. 8–10 flowers).
