Rosella Herbal Tea – The Flower of Paradise

Hibiscus, also known as the “Flower of Paradise,” has been cherished since ancient times for its vibrant taste and deep crimson color, symbolizing health and youth.

How to prepare: Place 2–6  rosella flowers into a cup. Pour over hot (not boiling) water. Steep for at least 8 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm. Add honey if desired to soften the naturally bitter taste.
